Refund policy

We want you to love your bag. If it isn't right, you can send it back.

Return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

  • Bags must be unused, with the tags still attached.
  • Buy 1, Get 1 FREE bags can be returned. Our Buy 1, Get 1 FREE deal does not make a bag "final sale."
  • Gift cards can't be returned.

Returning bags from a Buy 1, Get 1 FREE order

  • Bags bought with our Buy 1, Get 1 FREE deal are returned as a pair. Both bags from the pair must be sent back together, and you'll be refunded $19.99, the amount you paid for the pair.
  • A single bag from a Buy 1, Get 1 FREE pair can't be returned on its own.
  • Larger orders work the same way: for example, if you bought 4 bags for $39.98, you can return one pair for a $19.99 refund, or both pairs for $39.98.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges or color swaps. If you'd like a different color, return your bag(s) under this policy and place a new order.

How to start a return
Email us at crystalcoasttreasures@gmail.com before sending a return, with your name, order number, and which bag(s) you're returning. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't mail anything back before we reply, so we can match your package to your order.

Return shipping

  • If we made a mistake (your bag arrived damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered), we'll cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
  • For any other return (you changed your mind or didn't like the color), you pay the return postage.
  • Original shipping charges aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns. We refund original shipping only if we made an error or your item arrived damaged.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the bag and the package. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund for that item, including its shipping.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to let you know it's approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after your return arrives. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order until it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible at crystalcoasttreasures@gmail.com. Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
