These terms apply when you use crystalcoasttreasures.com or buy from us. "We," "us," and "Crystal Coast Treasures" mean Crystal Coast Treasures L.L.C., a North Carolina limited liability company. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Return & Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies.

1. Our store
Our store runs on Shopify. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Products and colors
We sell Pinafore vegan leather crossbody purses and related bags. We try to show colors and details accurately, but colors can look a little different on different screens. Product descriptions, prices, and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities.

3. Prices and the Buy 1, Get 1 FREE deal
Prices are in US dollars. Our Buy 1, Get 1 FREE deal applies automatically in your cart, with no code needed: for every two eligible bags, one is free. Bags bought with the deal are returned as a pair, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. We may change or end the deal at any time, but that won't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we do, we'll refund you in full. We accept payment through Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) and PayPal.

5. Sales tax
We collect sales tax where US law requires. It's shown at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
We ship within the United States, including US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You can cancel an order until it ships. Returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, and shipping by our Shipping Policy.

7. Using our site
Please don't misuse our site: no hacking, scraping, fraud, or anything illegal. The photos, text, logos, and designs on our site belong to us or are used with permission, and you may not copy them without our permission. "Pinafore" and other brand names belong to their owners.

8. Disclaimer
Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises beyond those in our policies and any required by law.

9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
